- ATTENTION ALL
HOMEOWNERS -
The Board of Directors is updating the Association’s Official Owner’s list
which Florida law requires us to do on an annual basis.
Because of new State regulations, we need to have your
written permission to include your telephone/facsimile
numbers, secondary addresses and e-mail addresses to include
in the Association’s Directory. The form needs to be
submitted on or before the annual meeting of February 14th.
The completed and signed can be dropped into the mailbox at
the clubhouse. Judie Gollwitzer will be collecting,
organizing, and transferring the information into the new
Telephone Directory.

- ATTENTION -
A homeowner reported that they put mail in their mailbox for
pick up by the Postal Service. It was noted an young
individual had apparently removed the item or items before
the US mail delivery arrived.
Report any suspicious activities by dialing 911. |

- Attention all LOJ Residents
and
qualified Grassy Oaks Residents -
To access the LOJ pool area and tennis
courts, you must now have a
HID PASS CARD. The Pool and Tennis area PASS CARDS can be
obtained by the property owners from Keys Caldwell, LOWofJ's
Property Manager, during normal business hours. Once issued
a card, allow 2 business days (24 to 48 hrs) for your card to
be activated. The card will NOT work untill activated.

- New way to Communicate &
Stop Crime. . .
Bill Johnson, head of Security
for our development has found a new way to communicate and hopefully
either stop crime or prevent a crime. After you’ve notified
the Sheriff, the e-mail address for reporting a crime or anything
that looks suspicious is:
security@lowofj.com
The intent is to have a single source in our community for reporting
so action can be taken as soon as possible. Your e-mail address
can be included in a community-wide communication alert if you
wish. Your address will be kept in the strictest confidence
and will be transmitted in a bulk mailing under a security-alert
title. Simply, e-mail Bill at
security@lowofj.com
and ask to have your e-mail included in the group mailing.
